About Us

We have no sector specific investment criteria. We seek out companies with leading edge technologies and services founded by entrepreneurs with experience in seed and early stage businesses. We have a preference for companies that have an engaged board of directors or will agree to one in the near future. We are flexible about valuation, although want to see a way forward for making at least 5 times our money.

Our due diligence is not extensive or time consuming. We rely on our many years of experience to gauge the opportunity and the management. We expect reasonable investment terms and conditions and utilize  experienced counsel with that in mind. We often refer opportunities to a close group of experienced business friends to participate.
